published by Community Resource Connections of Toronto.
You can access Making Choices online in the following ways
Each section has an introduction that presents the options
available in and beyond the mental health system, followed
by detailed, easy-to-read listings for mental health programs
and services.
You can also get a paper copy of Making Choices by using
CRCT's order
form or by calling them at 416-482-4103. The cost is only
$5 for consumers and their families.
