Coping With Stress

Ways to manage stress:
  1. Use relaxation techniques - yoga, mediation, deep breathing, or massage


  2. Exercise - Physical activity is one of best stress remedies around!


  3. Manage your time - Do essential tasks and prioritize the others.


  4. Eat well. Drink less coffee. It puts a strain on your body's ability to cope with stress.


  5. Get enough rest and sleep.


  6. Talk to someone you trust.


  7. Evaluate your life to see where you can make changes that will ease your stress.

  8. Find time for yourself to do the things that you enjoy.


  9. Ease up on needing to do things perfectly.


  10. Have some fun!! Laugh and be with people you enjoy!
