Coping With Stress
Ways to manage stress:
- Use relaxation techniques - yoga, mediation, deep breathing,
or massage
- Exercise - Physical activity is one of best stress remedies
around!
- Manage your time - Do essential tasks and prioritize the
others.
- Eat well. Drink less coffee. It puts a strain on your
body's ability to cope with stress.
- Get enough rest and sleep.
- Talk to someone you trust.
- Evaluate your life to see where you can make changes that
will ease your stress.
- Find time for yourself to do the things that you enjoy.
- Ease up on needing to do things perfectly.
- Have some fun!! Laugh and be with people you enjoy!
