Mental Health & Justice (MHJ) Case Management Services

MH&J Case Management Services provide support to individuals living with mental illness who are involved in the criminal justice system and require supportive housing.

Mental Health & Justice (MHJ) Court Support & Diversion Services

MHJ Court Support & Diversion Services work with individuals living with mental illness who have criminal charges pending at the Metro East (Scarborough) and Metro West (Etobicoke) courts.

Mental Health & Justice (MHJ) Forensic Services

MHJ Forensic Services are specialized programs which support individuals with serious mental health issues who have been found Not Criminally Responsible (NCR) by the courts, and are thus under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Review Board (ORB).

Mental Health and Justice (MHJ) Crisis Prevention Services

The Mental Health and Justice Crisis Prevention Program seeks to reduce the risk of criminal arrest by linking individuals to mental health and other services and, where needed, by providing short-term case management and community support.

Post Incarceration Housing Program

CMHA Toronto Post Incarceration Workers are available at the Etobicoke, North York and Scarborough courts to assist individuals who are released from custody or have court matters.
