CMHA Toronto Board of Directors
CMHA Toronto is a registered non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Within the framework of relevant legislation, its by-laws, and other mandated requirements, the CMHA Toronto Board of Directors is responsible for the general governance of CMHA Toronto’s affairs. In addition, the Board establishes and monitors CMHA Toronto’s corporate policies.
The Board operates through the CEO, Michael Anhorn, who is responsible for the execution of policy and the prudent and creative operations of CMHA Toronto. Our vision and mission are made possible with the work and support of our Board.
Joining the CMHA Toronto Board of Directors
Members of the Board serve one-year terms, with a maximum of nine possible terms. The CMHA Toronto Board of Directors is set at 15 directors, with 12 serving at the moment. The Board of Directors is continuing recruitment for three members to ensure that the Board’s skills, knowledge, expertise, and diversity are well-represented.
