A new research report was released today on supportive housing applicants to The Access Point.
This was a collaborative project of The Access Point, Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Toronto, and the Wellesley Institute.
This research examines applicants’ characteristics, housing preferences and support needs, as well as wait times and outcomes (housed/declined/refused), over a multi-year period. It identifies implications for The Access Point, providers, funders, and others – ranging from strategic investments to operational process changes.
