Join us on Sunday June 23rd for CMHA’s Greater Toronto Ride – This year will be our biggest and best ride yet as we Bring Mental Health into the Open!
Ride Don’t Hide is a community fundraising bike ride, but it’s also more than just a ride.
CMHA Toronto and CMHA Peel Dufferin are working together to raise money for housing and homelessness services for people living with mental illness. All proceeds from Ride Don’t Hide Greater Toronto in Caledon Hills will be split between the McEvenue Home Works fund available through CMHA Peel Dufferin, and Housing programs offered through CMHA Toronto.
Our event involves road routes in the most scenic routes in Southern Ontario for cyclists of all ages and skill level from 100km, 50km or 25km road routes or join the family ride or walk on the trail…. for more info click here.
Ride Don’t Hide is a rewarding and inspiring experience – a movement of people coming together to stand up for one of the most important causes of our time – bringing mental health into the open so we can all get the help and support we need and deserve.
Whether you’re looking to Ride. Walk. Donate. Volunteer! Join us while we raise critical funds for mental health programs in our community.
