Thank you to everyone who joined us on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 for CMHA Toronto’s 38th Annual General Meeting. While being online this year, it looked a little different! We thank you all for your patience as we navigated our first virtual AGM.
For those who were unable to join our AGM on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, please click here to watch the recording of our AGM where in addition to our business meeting, we had the pleasure of hearing from CMHA National CEO Margaret Eaton and CMHA Ontario CEO Camille Quenneville, as well as Wellesley Institute CEO Kwame McKenzie, who presented on the importance of developing a comprehensive evidence-based mental health strategy that will see us through the pandemic and set the foundations for our recovery.
In celebration of CMHA Toronto Executive Director Steve Lurie’s 41 years of service in the mental health sector, video messages were provided from colleagues and family members to share during the AGM. Due to technical difficulties, we were unable to show the video. Please take a moment to watch the video, here.
We are pleased to share our 2019-2020 Annual Report with you, which highlights our work done over this past year.
Thank you to everyone for making 2019-20 another successful year, and for supporting CMHA Toronto in its mission to improve the quality of life for those with mental health challenges. We look forward to another year providing the necessary supports and care for people in our community.
