It’s that time of year to get ready for the Canadian Mental Health Association’s (CMHA) annual, nationwide fundraising bike ride that brings mental health into the open. In our society, we don’t talk enough about our mental health. When we hide our emotions and our struggles, we hide from the love and support we need to feel well. The Ride Don’t Hide movement is a safe space that builds belonging and connection—with yourself, each other and your broader community. Show everyone they’re not alone.
Due to the current circumstances, we’ll be doing things a bit differently this year…
Ride Don’t Hide 2020 is going virtual.
Registration is free and there is no minimum fundraising amount. Register here and join the CMHA Toronto Team today!
The COVID-19 pandemic means that we can’t be together in-person for Ride Don’t Hide; but it also means that the need for mental health services is greater than ever.
Join us for the month of June as we come together, virtually for the Greater Toronto Ride! Money raised will support our clients in need of essential items such as food, toiletries and other necessities as required during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Whether you choose to set a goal for yourself by riding or walking indoors or outside; or you want to help raise awareness and funds for mental health supports in your community, Ride Don’t Hide is a great way to show that mental health is important and supporting each other is key.
